To maintain hygiene standards, all hair extensions must be returned in their original, sealed packaging with the security seal intact.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked correctly back to our warehouse.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unopened BELLAMI products in the original shipping box, ensuring the security seal is visible and has not been tampered with.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
